Dark Monument formed in 2023 delivers melancholic depressiv Black Metal. Between brute blast beats and melodic keys, the lyrics deal with the personal abyss of man.
Dark Monument started 2022 as a small solo project of our vocalist as a escape from depression and fully formed to it’s current 5 piece 2023. This formation delivers melancholic depressiv Black Metal on its own and unique style. Between brute blast beats and melodic keys, the lyrics deal with the personal abyss of man.
The 2023 demo single Sheol shows just a blink of what the 2025 upcoming debut album will bring.
The members of Dark Monument aren’t new to live performance as it was partly formed from ex members of the Munich local Death Metal Band Desolation of Eden which already played together with household names of the scene like Within Destruction, Paleface Swiss, Ingested, Acranius and Stillbirth.
This is just the beginning of the journey as the writing for the second record is already in work before the first is released.
